- American Express
- Digital Wallets:
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bank Transfers (Wire Transfer):
- Direct bank transfers for large orders or bulk purchases. Please contact our finance department at info@fulfilldog.com for specific instructions.
We are continuously working to add more regional and local payment options to serve you better.
2. Payment Security
The security of your financial information is our top priority.
- PCI DSS Compliance: All card payments are processed through PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant payment gateways. This means your sensitive card details are encrypted and handled with the highest security standards.
- Secure Sockets Layer (SSL): Our website uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
- Tokenization: For your convenience and security, we use tokenization, which replaces your card details with a unique identifier, so your full payment information is not stored on our servers.
3. Payment Process
- Order Confirmation: When you place an order, the total amount (including product costs, shipping, and any applicable taxes/duties) will be clearly displayed before you confirm your payment.
- Authorization: By providing your payment information, you authorize Fulfillant to charge the full order amount using your selected payment method.
- Payment Capture: Your payment will be captured upon order confirmation. For orders that require a production lead time, the funds will be held or charged immediately to secure the manufacturing and sourcing process.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you and request an alternative payment method. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully received. Common reasons for failed payments include:
- Insufficient funds.
- Incorrect card details.
- Transaction declined by your bank or card issuer.
5. Currency
All transactions on our Site are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you are paying from a different currency, the final amount charged by your bank may vary based on their exchange rates and any applicable foreign transaction fees. We recommend you check with your bank for these details.
6. Taxes and Duties
- Sales Tax/VAT/GST: Product prices are exclusive of any sales tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), or Goods and Services Tax (GST) that may be applicable in your country. You are responsible for paying any such taxes to the relevant authorities, where applicable by law.
- Import Duties: You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are determined by your local customs office.
7. Billing and Invoices
A detailed digital invoice will be generated for every successful transaction and made available in your Fulfillant account dashboard. This invoice can be used for your accounting, tax, and record-keeping purposes.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving any issues you may have. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@fulfilldog.com before disputing the charge with your bank. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of your Fulfillant account.
9. Changes to Payment Methods
Fulfillant reserves the right to add, remove, or change the available payment methods at any time at our sole discretion.
